Viv- Wow what a season. Joint defensive player of the year. We couldn’t have done it without your tenacity! You stepped into a role that should never have been yours and fulfilled it with glowing reviews!

Biggest improvement- shot blocking

 

Kira- Top scorer for the Emeralds. Amazing dribbling. Your dribbling has been a standout all year. Bigger and better next season I  predict!

Biggest Improvement- crossover

 

Charlotte- Outstanding efforts in rebounding and intercepting. Just brilliant to watch.  You have gone from strength to strength and I have really enjoyed seeing your Netball skills shine through on the Basketball court.

Biggest improvement- rebounding

 

Freya- Your efforts were wonderful to watch this season. Seeing you scoring and applying pressure in defense was fantastic. Your willingness to listen and follow advice on court was terrific.

Keep up the great attitude.

Sarah- Your athleticism was a standout all season. We love your defensive pressure and your new found ability to drive hard at the ring.  You are a tremendous team player and a pleasure to coach.

Nadia-Your drive to be your best on court is a great strength. Your outside shooting was something to behold. We all loved having your shooting and rebounding ability on court.

Ruby- Joint defensive player of the year. Your hustle and effort can never be questioned. Your court coverage is outstanding.  Your never give up attitude helps us every week.

Biggest Improvement- dribbling

Semi Final L 20-7

They brought the pressure and the intensity and we weren’t able to match it!.

Perhaps if last week had gone ahead we may have had a different path but on the night they were just too good. They beat us at our own game.

Enjoy the rest and a good break. It will do us all really good. The girls will move to u16 which will be Tues night games next term.

Thank you everyone for getting them to training and games every week. I’ve loved every minute of coaching these girls!

Another scrap tonight! We are good in these type of games and it suits us when teams want to play rough.

Outstanding hustle and D tonight Viv and Sarah.

I really enjoy every game we play and watching the girls fight them out. Their tenacity and endeavour is just so great to watch.
